Dr. Santos built his career from the ground up — salesperson, closer, finance manager, desk manager, GSM, and GM — accumulating over two decades of front-line dealership experience in the Richmond, Virginia market.
A native of Guam and proud Chamorro American Pacific Islander, Dr. Santos brings a perspective shaped by cultural values of service, respect, and relentless work ethic to one of America's most competitive retail industries.
In 2009, he was recognized by the 30th Legislature of Guam as Guam's first Best Hip-Hop Artist (Certificate No. 45). He serves as an Officer of the CNMI Society of America and as a member of the Guam Society of America, both in Washington, D.C.
